Julian Schrenzel (Owner/President/CEO)

Julian was born and raised in Seattle, WA, and has worked for DyNexus since October 2008. He has over 20 years experience in Technology, Leadership and IT/ERP Recruiting. His early career was in the performing arts, as an actor and singer, which is how he met his wife Jenny.

Likes: Improv, Skiing, Bee Keeping

Dislikes:  Jazz Flute, Loose Change, The Word “Bespoke”

Jenny Schrenzel (Owner/Treasurer/Presidential Advisor)

Jenny is a native Washingtonian, and has spent the bulk of her professional career in the performing arts as an actor, singer and musician. She also has worked as a symphony librarian and in food production and sales. 

Likes: Gardening, Thai Food, The Sound of Music

Dislikes: Tailgaters, Pickles

 

Mark Durfor (ERP Recruiter/Marketing & Ops Manager)

Mark was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, and is the newest member of the DyNexus Recruiting & Staffing family as of November 2020. He has over 25 years experience in Hospitality, Management & Recruiting.

Likes: Theatre,  Writing (working on a novel),  Hiking, and Football (49ers)

Dislikes:  Hominy, Snakes, cars with 1 occupant in the HOV lane

Pam Velez (Senior ERP Recruiter)

Pam currently resides in Tampa, FL (but if you listen closely, you can still detect her New Jersey roots).  She has been an IT recruiter for 15+ years and has focused in mid-market ERP recruiting for the past 11 years.  

Likes: Yoga, Animals, Nutrition and Wellness

Dislikes: Cold weather, mean people

Jacob Laylon (ERP Recruiter/Staffing Manager)

Jacob was born in Central Pennsylvania and joined the military at the age of 18. He has travelled the world studying social interactions, culture diversity and international relations, with an emphasis on helping individuals grow and succeed. Most recently, he comes from the pediatric healthcare field with 4+ years in recruiting, staffing and business development/management.

Likes: Traveling, Sports, Meeting new people

Ciara McCoy (Marketing Coordinator)

Ciara was born and raised in Orlando, Florida and graduated from Saint Leo University with a Double Major in Multimedia Management and Marketing. Her love for Marketing and Graphic Design has brought her to Dynexus as their Marketing Coordinator where she can’t wait to design, campaign, and promote different projects.

Dheena Solo (ERP Sourcing specialist/Technical Sourcer)

Dheena was Born and brought up in Tamilnadu, India. He has over 4+ years experience in ERP Recruiting & Staffing Industry.

Mukesh Dhanabal (ERP Sourcing specialist/Technical Sourcer)

Ben Schrenzel (Co-Founder/President Emeritus)

Ben began his career in the IT world as a programmer who worked his way to the rank of CIO, and then founded and ran a successful software company. In 1997 he and his wife, Chris, started Schrenzel Technical Staffing, which has grown to become DyNexus Group. Ben was raised in New York City.

Likes: Riding Motorcycles and Bicycles

Dislikes: Golfing

Chris Schrenzel (Co-Founder/CFO Emeritus)

Chris held business management positions in technology and marketing organizations, managed commercial real estate, ran travel businesses, and managed all finance, accounting, administration, and human resources functions for DyNexus. Chris was born and raised in Seattle.

Likes: Photography, Native American Culture, Whale watching on the Salish Sea

Dislikes: Driving in Seattle
