Julian Schrenzel
Owner/President/CEO
Julian has over 15 years of experience as an ERP Recruiter, industry thought leader and public speaker. He has spoken and presented at ERP, Recruiting, and business summits throughout the US. Julian was born and raised in Seattle, WA, and has worked for DyNexus since October 2008. His early career was in the performing arts, as an actor and singer, which is how he met his wife Jenny.

Jenny Schrenzel

Jenny is a native Washingtonian, and has spent the bulk of her professional career in the performing arts as an actor, singer and musician. She also has worked as a symphony librarian and in food production and sales.

Mark Durfor
ERP Recruiter/Marketing & Ops Manager
Mark was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, and is the newest member of the DyNexus Recruiting & Staffing family as of November 2020. He has over 25 years experience in Hospitality, Management & Recruiting.

Jacob was born in Central Pennsylvania and joined the military at the age of 18. He has travelled the world studying social interactions, culture diversity and international relations, with an emphasis on helping individuals grow and succeed. Most recently, he comes from the pediatric healthcare field with 4+ years in recruiting, staffing and business development/management.

Ciara was born and raised in Orlando, Florida and graduated from Saint Leo University with a Double Major in Multimedia Management and Marketing. Ben & Chris Schrenzel
Co-Founders/President & CFO Emeritus
Ben began his career in the IT world as a programmer who worked his way to the rank of CIO, and then founded and ran a successful software company. In 1997 he and his wife, Chris, started Schrenzel Technical Staffing, which has grown to become DyNexus Group. Ben was raised in New York City.

Chris held business management positions in technology and marketing organizations, managed commercial real estate, ran travel businesses, and managed all finance, accounting, administration, and human resources functions for DyNexus. Chris was born and raised in Seattle.
