Julian was born and raised in Seattle, WA, and has worked for DyNexus since October 2008. His early career was in the performing arts, as an actor and singer, which is how he met his wife Jenny.

Ben began his career in the IT world as a programmer who worked his way to the rank of CIO, and then founded and ran a successful software company. In 1997 he and his wife, Chris, started Schrenzel Technical Staffing, which has grown to become DyNexus Group. Ben was raised in New York City.
