COMPENSATION: $55K – $60K plus uncapped bonus potential

The mission of this role is to lead in efforts to create new business for DyNexus Group.  As Sales Executive, it will be your sole objective to create work opportunities in all business lines for DyNexus Group.  As DyNexus continues to move into other Mid-Market ERP and CRM technology channels and customer segments, the Sales Executive will be responsible for creating consistent business for DyNexus Group.  You will be expected to constantly keep an ear to the ground to know who to target for best results meaning:

  • Which companies are hiring and who to contact at those companies
  • Constantly evolving best practices for outreach employing messaging and technologies for greatest results
  • Industry and market awareness to know which demographics are the best target audience
  • ERP industry initiatives to help keep DyNexus ahead of the game by anticipating hiring changes before they happen
  • and Important ERP events and determining which are most advantageous for us to attend that will likely result in sales leads. 

The Sales Executive will measure the progress of all sales activities against a set of mutually agreed-upon goals (KPI’s), and will report sales results against those KPI’s to the Dynexus leadership team on a regular basis.

The Sales Executive must be able to think and operate strategically, with the full view of the team and business in mind, as well as tactically.

Skills Requirements:

  • Proven record of being able to generate leads, sell company services, and close deals for a Recruiting and Staffing team
  • Experience working independently and as a leader-member of a highly collaborative team
  • Ability to execute in the  role strategically (doing the stuff that creates TRUE VALUE)
  • Ability to communicate effectively to C-Suite and/or high level decision makers in the Mid-Market ERP reseller and end-user industry.
  • Ability to effectively present to both individuals and groups of people both remotely and in-person

Job Responsibilities:

    • Lead Generation: Work with DyNexus leadership to establish a KPI for DyNexus Sales efforts to generate a minimum number of leads per quarter, with a focus to increase this number quarter over quarter.
    • Sales: In addition to creating and following leads, effectively and consistently closing deals for DyNexus Group in all lines of business.
      • Recruiting (minimum one closed deal per month)
      • Staffing (minimum one contract per month)
      • Opportunistic Opportunities (minimum two leads per month)

  • Group Collaboration: 
  • Sales Executive must be intimately aware of the current open positions, available contractors, verified candidates, and clients’ needs to effectively make connections for placements.
      • Attend regularly scheduled team meetings for ongoing company priority alignment, weekly meetings, KPI meetings with DyNexus Executive team, and other meetings as scheduled
      • Train other team members on best practices for individual sales tactics
  • Social Media Management: Interacting with Company Social Media and creating and maintaining your own Social Media presence by growing your network and interacting with other social media accounts with the intent of creating business for DyNexus Group.
  • Events: 
  • Research events, associations, and other promotion & referral sources.
  • Coordinate with other departments & partners in the planning, execution, and / or attendance of events, (i.e. trade shows, client/candidate education sessions, etc.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Create meaningful Sales metrics to be used by DyNexus leadership to make high level business decisions. Track metrics via tools that enable you to ‘tell a story’ to leadership.
  • Ongoing Education & Training:
    • With the assistance of Senior Management, the Sales Executive will be responsible for finding opportunities to advance their own knowledge and expertise as a Sales Executive by engaging in:
      • Industry Webinars, Seminars, Online Training Courses
      • Reading relevant Blogs, listening to relevant PodCasts, etc.
      • Gaining Certifications from Online Training Courses
      • Engaging in Product Feature Update Releases (exploring the new / current features of tech being used like Website, Email Marketing, ATS, and other softwares)
      • Attend in person Trainings, Conferences, Trade Shows, etc.


Other Responsibilities:

  • Gather competitive research and analysis of online and offline marketing opportunities
  • Manage weekly digital campaign status reports, analytics and budgets 
  • Additional tasks & projects as requested by DyNexus Management


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive Base: 55-60K + bonus $1K per placement, no capped bonus.
